Refund Policy
At Roots, we strive to offer quality services and personalized attention. Due to the nature of our services (educational sessions, consulting, and equipment rentals), we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
Cancellations:
You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Equipment rental:
No refunds are issued for rental equipment that has already been delivered, even if it has not been used.
In the event of force majeure, please contact us directly to assess your situation.
