About Me.
Roots is a space created to support families during their children's first years of life, cultivating experiences of growth, play, and connection from the ground up.
Founded by Ezel Sophia Arvizu, an educator with over 10 years of experience and a mother, Roots was born from the desire to offer real, sensitive, and knowledge-based support.

At Roots, we believe that child development is nurtured through connection, play, and presence, not through haste. Our goal is to offer you real-world tools and personalized support that's respectful of your parenting style and accessible to families in Mexico and the United States, bilingually, in person, or virtually.
Early Stimulation and Follow-up
Method: in person (San Luis RC, San Luis, AZ, Somerton and Yuma).
Personalized sessions for babies and children from 6 months to 2 years old with follow-up.
Infant Sleep Counseling
