Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this website and/or contracting Roots services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services offered

Roots offers early stimulation services, infant sleep counseling (coming soon), and sensory equipment rentals/sales. Services can be booked online or in person (in Mexico and the U.S., subject to availability).

2. Scheduling and payments

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due in advance to confirm the appointment or rental. We accept payments in dollars or pesos, in cash, or by electronic transfer.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Session rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations without prior notice are nonrefundable.

4. Rental of sensory equipment

The customer is responsible for the care of the equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged. Roots delivers the equipment clean and disinfected and expects it returned in the same condition.

5. Intellectual property

All materials, images, text, and resources shared on this site or during sessions belong to Roots. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Modifications

Roots reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
